Monica Martinez demonstrates advocacy and excellence every time she works. She is kind and compassionate. In the area of advocacy she takes time to carefully clean and dress my wounds. In over 3 months of dealing with the wounds, she is by far the most meticulous. Whenever I push the call button, she acknowledges it right away. In the area of excellence, Monica does every task with perfection and consideration. She motivates and encourages me too. She is a wonderful nurse and human being. You can tell she really loves her job and cares about her patients.
