Monica performed her duties so consistently "above and beyond the call of duty" and without hesitation that it leaves me with an outstanding impression of TMMC. She documented and addressed every concern I had regardless how minor or unwarranted my concern. She contacted and followed up with the applicable physician each and every time. Her attitude was always 100% professional, her work was meticulously completed, and her skills were performed flawlessly. Monica did a thorough job of updating the next nurse at shift change, so seamlessly "passing the baton". She made certain to communicate any test results once the physician had signed off on them so that I did not have to wait any longer than needed to know the results. When I was discharged, Monica took me and all of my belongings downstairs. She waited with me for my ride, loaded the trunk, and left only when we had begun to drive away. Thank you!
