I have been in several hospitals in my life and always felt St. Francis was the best. I am glad to see that same caring and concern has transferred to Mosaic Medical Center. Surgery is not my favorite thing to do, but Monica Mauzey made it very easy. It was during the first week of the transition to Mosaic. Her calm and warmth definitely helped me relax and feel comfortable. One of her remarkable skills that impressed me was her concern for my privacy. There were people in and out, but she always made sure the drape was closed. Her calm and caring attendance to me was very impressive. It is nice to know the love, efficiency, and concern did not change with the name change.
