I have been in the unit for 24 hours, and Monica Nicholas is so reassuring that I began to relax. From a patient's perspective this is a very trying time, the doctors are evaluating your condition and framing a medical plan; while the nursing staff is left to deal with patients under a great deal of stress. Nurse Monica did a beautiful job at bridging the gap.
