Monica exemplified commitment by doting on my brother. She was "Johnny on the spot." She quickly recognized when my brother was in distress or when he needed something. She also would stop in to check on my brother. Not only that, but Monica also wanted to do whatever she could do for us, his wife, sister, and brother-in-law. She wanted to make sure we had what we needed and even contacted Social Services so we would not have to sleep in the chair or drive back and forth, which none of us wanted to do because of his condition. Monica exemplified advocacy by truly focusing on serving with clear and honest sincerity.
Monica exemplified excellence. She is First Class! She was fast, efficient, and friendly. We couldn't have asked for a better nurse. Her sincerity and concern for my brother was clear, constant, and appreciated.
