Monica always takes the time to be extra gentle and talk sweetly to our baby when she watches her. Our daughter has been through two surgeries in two weeks and Monica always makes sure she is extra comfortable and is in as little pain as possible. We can tell she has a huge place in her heart for our daughter and we always feel at ease knowing that she is watching her. She is a blessing to us.
