Monica was nominated twice in this time period.

Nomination #1 - We went in for our one-year-old to get tubes in her ears. We shared with her that she has had a hard time with nurses since she has been so sick so often, so it would be nice if she could make her checkups a game. Monica went above and beyond to make our little girl feel safe and have fun.

Nomination #2 - Monica handles grumpy old men awesomely.
