I recently floated to 3 south - telemetry. I observed and witnessed the kindness of Monica Taylor in handling a homeless patient that she discharged. The patient was provided with shorts to go home but refused to have it because he wanted pants. There were no available pants at that time. Monica asked for the patient's size and called her son to bring pants in the hospital. The patient got discharged with a big smile on his face. Kudos to her extra mile attitude.
