I came in very sick, scared, and very confused. I had a ton of questions. Monica had such a humbleness about herself that made me feel like she cared and it was not just a job. I called her to my room and bombarded her with a million questions and she took her time and answered every one of them. No matter how many times I called her to my room she never looked mad. She was having to answer the same question over and over which made me feel comfortable. I was blessed because this is the only time I felt like they were doing all they could for me. She made me feel reassured and that really matters to me. Please let her know that I and the kids are very grateful for her professionalism. She went above and beyond.
