What impressed me was her willingness and ease in listening to me and my concerns. She made me feel “heard” and showed compassion.
I started seeing Dr. A in late March or early April. I have made several calls over the last 6 months regarding my treatment of my arthritis and my medications that I was taking and the pain level. Monica always had an answer for me and if she didn’t, she contacted Dr. A and then got back to me with answers. She is very knowledgeable, and she is very pleasant. I am from Sioux City and am seeing Dr. A because I couldn’t get in to see the rheumatologist in Sioux City. While I am impressed with Monica and Dr. A, your organization has really impressed me. No wonder you can have an employee like Monica. Good employees like Monica find good employers. Keep up the good work! She is special.

Monica was delightful the minute she walked into the room. She was friendly and, at the same time, thorough. What impressed me was her willingness and ease in listening to me and my concerns. She made me feel “heard” and showed compassion.
She will soon graduate with her RN degree. As much as I hope, I don’t have to go to the hospital, Monica would be my first choice as my nurse.
So often, as we age, my generation is often not heard, made to feel not important enough, and ignored. Monica has a wonderful and caring presence. She possesses qualities of intelligence, a strong work ethic, compassion, and kindness. Wonderful qualities for life!
She is extraordinary as a nurse and person!

Monica has always been very interested in my issues and has always been prompt in calling me back when I have questions. She has a great “bedside manner.”
