Monika Duquette, RN
Monika was an exceptional comfort to my wife, our son, and myself during our unexpected stay in the NICU. She helped us smile during a tough time, gently yet confidently guided and assisted us as new parents, and perfectly walked the line of being a friendly face, and a professional caregiver. She was absolutely incredible at her job and an exemplary nurse and human being. Thank you, Monika!

Monika has gone above and beyond to know our family, our daughter, son-in-law, and their twin boys. One twin went home after 10 days, while one remained hospitalized for 8 weeks and counting, currently. She cares for the one twin with such sweetness, skill, and knowledge while at the same time being supportive and truly interested in the whole family. We’ve learned that the final exit words, “Is there anything else I can do for you?” (Spoken by almost everyone before leaving the room), truly come from Monika’s heart. She has been so encouraging as my daughter and son-in-law have learned to participate in care time. Through so many new things, she has made the scary, not so scary.
