Thank you to Monika for going the extra mile by explaining and taking the time to help me understand my care. She has great compassion for her job; awesome knowledge is very caring to take the time with each of her patients to make them feel like human beings, great smile and is such a lovely person, and is always at top of everything. She's an asset and a keeper. I'm so pleased not once did I encounter prejudice instead all I got or smiles big enough to see the facial muscles under the masks. I'm totally deaf and once that I understand that they pick the ball up and ran with a touchdown every time. The kindness caring was overwhelming. I wish I could remember everyone's name they came into my room was happiness not just to smile. One stands out, Monica at night was comforting. This has been my best experience in the last 20 years as a patient. They always did what they needed to make me feel comfortable.
