From her 9-year-old patient: Monika is a great nurse. She always listens and does it my way. She's funny. She doesn't wake me up in the middle of the night when she must do stuff. I like her. She's great with all my pumps and monitors.
From Mom: Monika makes it easy to feel like we have a voice in advocating for our child. She listens and considers our son's opinion. Even when unpleasant things need to happen, she tries to give him some choice. We really appreciate the time she takes with our son. He isn't always the simplest kid to take care of because he gets medically complex. Her attitude is very personable and very much appreciated.
