During my Clinical Shadowing experience, I observed Monika, a nurse who embodied compassionate, patient-centered care. She connected personally with a young patient and acted swiftly when the patient developed diabetic ketoacidosis. Her calm expertise and empathy showed me the kind of nurse I aspire to be, one who heals with both skill and heart.
