After being in the hospital for a few days my spirits were low and my recovery was moving very slowly. Monique came on as my nurse for the evening and took over. Her confidence and calming nature were perfect. She was attentive and accommodating. My monitor never had a chance to beep too long when IV meds were complete because Monique was right there on time. Her positive words of encouragement were always professional and heart felt. Thank you Monique!
