Monique was extremely helpful, all her other colleagues in the clinic were pleasant in assisting me but Monique really stood out. I was very stressed about booking my Covid-19 Vaccine and there were several issues with the booking when I came that made my anxiety worse; Monique saw that and recognized I was getting upset. She was respectful towards her colleague that she saw assisting me and when she saw the difficulty of my booking wasn't resolved yet, she went out of her way and found an alternative solution to offer for me. She did this even though no one asked for her assistance, she helped anyway.
Also, when I asked her for medical advice she was honest and clinically grounded with her answer. I found her very sincere, and she was so courteous in speaking with me it really helped put me at ease. She really made my day. I am thankful for her kind assistance, willingness to help others, and overall jolly approach.
