Monique (Mo) White is simply THE BEST! I attended the LEAN Leadership Development Program in 2018. During my absence, she assumed the role of Interim Nurse Manager. In a seamless transition, she continued to lead the 4North team for 12 months. Quality metrics were sustained or improved, Magnet-designation was achieved, Planetree re-designation was achieved and Tier 1 Employee Engagement was sustained - all under her leadership.
Mo is the most dependable and reliable person I know. No matter what barriers exist, she will find a way to complete the task. She has a "can do" attitude of anything and everything that comes her way.
Mo is flexible with scheduling and has switched days and even worked nights when we had a critical need.
As a Clinical Supervisor and Charge Nurse, she never hesitates to "jump in" to assist with patient care. She consistently displays a spirit of teamwork.
I cannot say enough great things about Mo. She is truly special and we are so lucky to have her on our team.
