Monserate "Monzy" treated my mother like gold, a precious gem. She put her in module C. They took blood right away to find out why she was so weak. My mother's health is good, but her hearing is bad. The entire department was so professional, and they all do their best to take care of all the patients. Everyone was so polite and asked permission prior to coming in. She stepped outside the room to check on the facility where she will be staying. She also checked if she could get physical therapy. My mother was overjoyed at how much attention Monzy had given her.
