Dear Seton Leadership, Thank you for taking such good care of me during my hospital stay. This nurse was exceptional in every way. This nurse was kind, and friendly and always checked in to make sure I had all I needed at all times. This nurse managed her team and time well by being punctual with my medication and always responded to my needs right away. If this nurse was tied up elsewhere this nurse would delegate well to get help from a fellow staff member. This nurse did the extra little things that often get missed when it is so busy such as picking up trash and sharps leaving my room cleaner than they found it. This nurse kept my care board updated, protected my IV lines when they were not in use, and always changed gloves when going in and out which kept me safe. This nurse kept me updated on my medication plan and included my opinion which allowed them to advocate for me and took the time to really listen to me. This nurse was always professional, making me laugh. I would like to recognize this nurse for being the light during a difficult time.
