Morgan was our ICU nurse during the patient's stay at St. Francis Grand Island. She was excellent at her job, hard-working, and stayed so positive. What made her stand out as our nurse, is how caring she was, and how devoted she is to her job as a nurse. She went above and beyond her job as a nurse, because each time she would come and check in on the patient in ICU, she would happily talk about different things about life, family, job. They’d talk about things they had in common, etc. She is someone who has joy within her heart, and has that gift of a caring heart in the medical field. Each time Morgan and the patient would have a conversation, she would always encourage them with positive words of affirmation and tell them how well they are doing during their road to recovery. She was so positive, and it helped ease the mind of the patient. She was so pleasant to talk to, soft-spoken, and truly took pride in her work. She was excellent at her job and does an outstanding job caring for those in her department. She is an amazing nurse and so full of joy. She stood out to us because she put all of her focus on her one patient and did everything she could to help heal the patient's body and because of her positivity, she was able to impact the patient's life for the better and help them make a full recovery.
