From the time that my father, F, was admitted to the ER, Lexy was a moving force that kept us hopeful and content. Her bedside manner, the way she kept checking on my father, and the way in which she explained the next steps were the characteristics that comforted my family as we waited to see what was going on with my father. Lexy was so professional, upbeat, and so incredibly informative. It was refreshing and needed.

Then when we got comfortable with this amazing individual, her counterpart arrived. Morgan was a ray of sunshine and that was very much needed because we were quite worried about my dad. Morgan was funny, smart, quick to respond to my dad, and just an overall gem.

These two ladies are now known as the dynamic duo! What a blessing it was to know that these two ladies were caring for my dad during his time of need. Morgan ensured that my dad had a bite to eat, pillows, and anything else he needed.

Due to my job, I truly understand the value of “essential employees”! These are the ones that MUST show up no matter the cost. Summerlin Hospital is truly blessed to have these amazing women on staff. You can truly see and feel much they care for their patients and the profession. For this, I am nominating the Dynamic Duo-Better known as Morgan and Lexy! We love you both!
