Morgan Breaux

Morgan was recognized by one of the families on L&D as having a positive impact on their labor and birth experience. The family was happy to share such a special experience with Morgan. They stated how her presence and support provided a calmness during their labor and birth experience. Morgan listened attentively to the family's concerns and, with the collaboration of the nurse, provided explanations for each step of the process. The student also coached the patient through her breathing and assisted with positioning during pushing and the delivery of the baby. Morgan made a strong connection with this family. Morgan exemplified LSUHSC School of Nursing's core values in every interaction with this family and deserves to be recognized. The family expressed sincere gratitude for the exceptional care Morgan provided to them.
