Morgan Carrier, BSN, RN

I was admitted after receiving the unimaginable news that my precious baby boy had passed away at 23 weeks. When arriving, I was immediately greeted by Morgan, who promptly took me to our room. That entire afternoon, she was there to answer any questions or concerns that I had when undergoing the induction process. I was so grateful to see her face again the next morning, the day of delivery.

She encouraged me to listen to my body and advocated for me when I expressed concern. She held my hand as I delivered my angel baby at 8:04 am. The postpartum care that she provided was exemplary. When she noticed that I had significant blood loss, but all vitals were coming back good, she was there to advocate that something needed to be done.

What really stood out was the comfort she provided during my initial grieving process. She was there to execute any wish that my husband and I had, and she went above and beyond. The memory box that Morgan created for us was more than I could have imagined. Just knowing that she took time out of her day to create something so thoughtful for us warms my heart. This box is something my husband and I will cherish forever.

I will never forget the compassion and sympathy that Morgan showed me during this hospital stay.
