While being induced, I was having contractions and I went to the bathroom. I had no idea I was ready to have the baby, and while on the toilet, the baby started to come out. I stood up and yelled for help! Morgan was quick and ran in to help. She was quick to see what needed to be done. She saw my son's head immediately and helped hold him inside me with her hand so he wouldn’t fall onto the ground and so I could slowly walk to the bed to deliver my son. Without Morgan quickly responding and knowing what to do, my son would have fallen onto the ground and been hurt. She didn’t hesitate to help, even though it was a messy and abnormal situation. We are so thankful for Morgan; she went above and beyond to care for us! Even while my son was being born, she held my hand and affirmed me that he was going to be okay. After our son was born, she has been one of our favorite nurses, she is very helpful and friendly and extremely good with babies! She deserves recognition and this award!
