Morgan was my labor nurse and my post-partum nurse. She came in to start my induction with a goal and a mission to get me delivered. She dealt with my anxiety about being in labor with my first baby. When I didn't know what to do she always calmed me down with the best advice and logical reasoning. She saved me from getting magnesium during labor (which is not fun at all) and helped me calm down to lower my blood pressure. She always kept my husband in the loop and did everything she could to help me progress, even though I didn't, she still kept me positive that I could do this. In my post-partum period, she always checked on me and helped me learn to care for my first baby. She is an amazing coworker and always makes sure all her nurses feel confident and feel supported. All of these reasons are reasons I had to have her as my labor nurse and great reasons why she is a DAISY Nurse.
