Morgan demonstrated her compassion: she sat down in the room to listen to this step-mom who was losing her daughter. She did this every day, not just once. She explained each med she gave and what to expect. She assessed the patient and results frequently. We discussed her education and work history! Wow!!! Her compassion and love for nursing are evident. Her smile was radiant. She talked to the patient and was soooo loving. She stroked her head. Brought tears to my eyes. She was a “bright spot” for me.
