Morgan spent 1 and 1/2 hours getting a prescription authorized to be given to me before my infusion. There was no one available at the Allergy Clinic at the Omaha VA to allow the prescription from the doctor, who is out of the office for the day. She finally got help from a nurse in Allergy at Omaha to get a pharmacist to OK the prescription. She maintained a cool, calm attitude throughout, trying to obtain authorization.
