Our baby girl was in the CICU on the ECMO machine. When Morgan came on duty she was so professional and caring. She immediately went to my daughter and spoke with her saying "good morning". She gave her name and said that she was going to be her nurse and help to take care of her. This meant so much to me as my daughter was in a coma and no one knew if she could hear us or not. Throughout Morgan's shift, she explained everything she was doing and why. She was so compassionate to my daughter as well as the family. Of course, we were all scared and dazed. Morgan took the time to care for us as well as my daughter. She answered all our questions with ease. Unfortunately, my daughter passed, but Nurse Morgan will forever be in my heart and mind.
