Morgan Kersten, RN

Morgan cared for my mother on both admissions for full weekends. Not only is she caring, kind, and dealt with constant family in the room, but on her last shift after she gave report she came back into the room, washed her hands, and asked if she could say a proper goodbye. She talked to my mother as they shared tears as they knew they would not see each other again after this discharge. She hugged my mother, and then I hugged her.
