I can't even begin to list all of the wonderful things about Morgan as our labor and delivery nurse.
She came in with a smile on her face and kept it the entire time she was with us.
Morgan went out of her way to help me try non-pharmacological methods during labor. This included getting a portable monitor, which took several components to put together, so we could walk the halls even if it only lasted a few minutes.
Morgan was prompt with every intervention that was implemented. We never waited for anything, she was always right there when we needed her, but also gave us time and privacy.
With my husband and I both being nurses, she never once assumed we already knew what something meant and explained things in a way we understood.
Morgan made sure to take the time and fully answer all the questions asked by all of our many friends and family.
When I did not progress as expected, Morgan did everything she could to keep the spirits in the room positive, still with a smile on her face.
Morgan went above and beyond for not only me as a patient but also for the family and friends who were anxiously awaiting our sweet boy. She stayed over well after her shift to ensure we were well taken care of and had everything we needed. As a nurse, I know what a sacrifice this was to stay even longer than her scheduled shift. It had been a long, tiring day for all of us.
Morgan is an incredible nurse, encourager, and friend. I will never be able to repay her for being such an integral part of that day.
