After being an incredible support for us while I pushed for 3 hours, Morgan advocated for us and helped us discuss our options with the doctor.
We came in on a Monday night to be induced and Morgan was incredibly welcoming and immediately put us and any worries we had at ease. She checked on us that first night, and made sure we were both comfortable. She was our nurse the next night, as we hadn't given birth yet, and we were thrilled to have her again! Morgan made sure I was able to move and reposition frequently even after an epidural. She did not leave my side for the entire night and caught that our baby was in an OP position. After being an incredible support for us while I pushed for 3 hours, Morgan advocated for us and helped us discuss our options with the doctor. When we ultimately decided we needed to do a c-section, Morgan was there the whole time and helped ensure we were both comfortable. She helped me through recovery as A went to go be with our baby who was taken to the NICU, and then ensured I was able to be taken to the NICU to meet my baby before being taken to the mother-baby floor. Ultimately Morgan was an incredible support and advocate for us as we navigated a difficult and unexpected labor, and we are incredibly grateful for her!
