Morgan Minardi, BSN, RN

Morgan demonstrates exceptional care both as a nurse and as a sitter. She always goes above and beyond for her patients. Recently, she had a long-term patient who was awaiting placement. Morgan has been playing cards with her, takes her on walks around the unit with a hospital transport chair, has placed the patient in a wheelchair and had the patient walk the chair with her legs around the unit, and has taken the patient outside to the healing gardens. The therapy department has seen so much improvement in this patient's well-being and mental clarity as a result of this nursing care. Morgan is always wonderful with her patients!
