Morgan "Moe" McHargh, ADN, RN

I could easily write a 500 word essay on the professionalism and excellence that Moe displays every night. She is probably the most skilled and professional nurse I have ever shadowed. What sets her apart is the attitude that she displays. Even on nights that are extremely busy, she treats her patients and other staff as if they are the most important person in that moment. She keeps her cool with difficult patients and difficult coworkers.

Even when she's busy, she goes out other way to teach me things. She makes me feel appreciated. Even though this is a teaching hospital, not everyone likes having students. Moe has taken me under her wing and has helped me grow in my capabilities and confidence as a care provider. I will be forever grateful for her mentorship.
