Morgan Nichols has a very impressive skill set. She is very knowledgeable and good at explaining things to her patients. She went above and beyond to make sure I had all my critical tests completed. I have been diagnosed with Myasthena Gravis. It was imperative that I got my chest CT and MRI of the head in a timely manner. Medical imaging indicated they were short staffed and not able to send a tech to transport me to the department. Morgan took a leadership role and said she would gladly bring me down herself. Imaging was happy, I was happy and the doctors were happy that things stayed on task. She did this with a sweet, gracious attitude.

When starting my medication, she talked to me and provided a print out covering the drug details. I have a Bachelor of Science degree in chemistry and have worked in a lab/pharmacy setting for many years. As a team leader, I saw many excellent communication skills and professionalism in Morgan. She is an excellent nurse.
