Morgan has demonstrated true care and compassion with me while at KBH. Her empathy toward me dealing with PTSD, and her techniques in helping me cope with my meltdown as well as kindness and tenderness were integral to my recovery here. She is a valuable member of your staff and I value her greatly. What mattered to me, mattered to her - and right now, that is what matters (a hand-drawn heart).
