Morgan Spencer, RN

As a new nurse in the ED, I have encountered many challenges. However, when Morgan Spencer is in charge, I know I can approach those challenges with the support of my team. Morgan visits with her team throughout the day to ensure we are supported and only need to ask for help if needed. She helps me work out challenges by guiding me through processes or explaining new things. I never once felt I could not ask for assistance. And she does it in a caring, supportive way. And for a new nurse like me, that’s big. Morgan herself is relatively a new nurse, however, her experience has helped her become a wonderful role model. I am truly proud to work alongside her.
