We would like to recognize Nurse Morgan for the extraordinary care, compassion, and dedication she has shown to our daughter and our family.

Morgan has been an essential part of our daughter's journey for several months on the progressive care side of the NICU. During that time, she has supported our daughter through many ups and downs, including the challenges surrounding her surgery and recovery. Through it all, Morgan has consistently shown up with kindness, patience, and unwavering commitment.

What makes Morgan truly exceptional is the way she goes far beyond her responsibilities as a nurse. Even on her days off, she has come in to check on our daughter and support her. That level of dedication speaks volumes about the kind of person and professional she is.

Morgan also made special efforts during the holidays to ensure our daughter felt celebrated and loved. She created thoughtful crafts and activities so our daughter could participate and feel included during those moments. These gestures meant more to our family than words can fully express.

Today, as our daughter prepares to go home, Morgan once again showed how deeply she cares by coming in on her day off to be there for her. That moment perfectly reflects the compassion and commitment Morgan brings to her work every day.

Morgan has made our family feel seen, supported, and valued during one of the most challenging periods of our lives. Her kindness, dedication, and genuine love for her patients embody everything the DAISY Award represents.
