I met Morgan when I came into the ER at Proctor. I was experiencing pain that my doctor's office said could only be diagnosed with equipment available at the hospital. I didn't want to go because of COVID, really not feeling like I was ER qualified (not that sick). Morgan immediately came into my cubicle and was so friendly and reassuring! She took care of all of the "technicalities", making me feel like she was a trusted friend, but also someone who knew what she was doing professionally. She was so patient - answered all of my questions and connected with me on a personal level. What a treat she was! I felt blessed to have her care! She's a valuable resource to UPP! Hope she becomes a preceptor!
