Morgan was wonderful in everything that she did for our son! We grew very attached to her and when we had to move over to PICU it was VERY heartbreaking having to leave certain staff members whom we had come to see as family. Morgan is one of those people! She always made us feel comfortable as a family and we ALWAYS knew that our son was in great hands when he was with her. We were able to leave the hospital and have peace knowing that he was with her. So many tears were shed by our son and me while in NICU just because of procedures and surgeries and just the journey in general. However, Morgan always had a way of making me laugh and helping to take my mind off of the not so pleasant things.

Our son's care team consisted of so many people who were good at what they do. Morgan always went above and beyond for our son and for our family. She advocated for us when we weren't there and even when we were. We love her and we miss her! It was life-changing having someone like her to care for our son and to love him.
