Morganne is one of the best nurses I have ever had the pleasure of being around. She values each individual patient and goes above and beyond for them. I cannot count the times I have heard families stopping by the desk to thank her and sing her praises. Between her patient advocacy and exceptional care, I believe she is a great candidate for this award. Numerous times, she has stayed over to help her fellow coworkers throughout her shift, checked on them, and even put her own self behind to ensure her hospice patient did not pass alone.
