July 2018 Honoree
moriah fowle kenna, RN, BSN
Today I walked by to see you, Moriah leaning over speaking softly to and holding the hand of the intubated and anxious patient. The calm, soothing nature of your voice and your physical touch is so needed in this often high-tech, low touch environment. You are an excellent RN and will continue to grow tremendously here if you continue to put the patient first like you did today. You can teach a lot to orientees while on orientation, but you cannot teach the care you demonstrated today. I'm really glad you work on our team.
Thank you, Moriah, for your exceptional compassion, advocacy, and dedication to your patients. You truly make a difference.
