This interdisciplinary team is being recognized for its strong sense of collegiality, respect, and clinical performance. Together they have achieved positive results because of their trust in one another, resourcefulness in seeking each one’s expertise, and their own expectation of excellence. Not only do they care for our patients, but they care for each other. The team took on clinically challenging situations like none of them had seen or managed before requiring significant time-management skills and reliance on each other more than ever to do their part in caring for the sickest patients they’ve ever been assigned in their careers – that reliance spilled over into our entire clinical staff.
