Ms. Jomol Joy is a shining role model as a charge nurse in the department. She is an excellent nurse and highly respected by all team members. She always makes time for her staff and clients and motivates staff with a shared vision and enthusiasm to achieve better outcomes for themselves and their patients. She is very kind, caring, trustworthy, empathetic, and compassionate. Ms. Jomol Joy is very accommodating and helpful to patients and always solves patients’ problems when approached, even if she is busy. I would like to recognize Ms. Jomol Joy, charge nurse of the Medical Surgical Department, because of her commitment, dedication, and extraordinary professional behavior. I see the qualities needed for a nurse in her; she is very noble, understanding, responsible, sympathetic, and emphatic. I have never seen a CN like her. If there is anything between the staff and the watcher or the staff and the patient, Ms. Jomol Joy makes sure to settle this matter peacefully. She has a way of settling matters with them without causing any arguments. She listens to all sides in order to settle the issues fairly. If the staff asks her about anything, like duty schedule concerns, she will stretch her ability to accommodate the request. She is an excellent Indian Charge Nurse at King Fahad Hospital Al Baha.
