Muhamed Kongira, RN

Muhamed Kongira is an RN3 in the Gage Center for ward F7. He has built a really good team on F7 day shift. He spends time with them, coaching them and resolving conflicts right away. He invests in them and their growth. Never a negative word is heard about Muhamed, and he works really hard to take good care of our patients and staff. I rarely have to follow up with Muhamed on things. He’s dependable, compassionate, and kind. He has a great rapport with both patients and the staff. He goes above and beyond without any asking and is always willing to lend a hand. He has recently spent time with a new nurse who is not even for his ward, just for extra mentoring and assistance. I greatly appreciate him. He is more than deserving of acknowledgment.
