My husband was in for a Cardiac catherization procedure. The doctor was running late which added to his stress. Muna's calm demeanor and engaging personality kept us both relaxed. She actually had us laughing when he finally went in for his test. Muna suggested I wait in his room so the doctor could find me quickly. She was very informative afterwards and explained the lengthy recovery so we could understand why it was so long. All of the problems were quickly attended to without delay. It felt as if he was her only concern for the day. She had other patients, but made us feel as if we were the only one. What a wonderful, professional woman she is. Muna is quite an asset to the Stafford Hospital nursing staff.
