Murphy is very patient, kind and has the best bedside manner! She is very knowledgeable in her field and is an extraordinary nurse. She not only made sure that my Mother's needs were met, but she was concerned about the family as well. She has the brightest smile and a great sense of humor. She is very empathetic with the patient. She is humble and has a great work ethic. She performs leadership duties in a positive manner. She always taught my Mother about her meds before she gave them. I feel she goes above and beyond her job as a nurse. Murphy was concerned about my Mother's emotional well-being as well. She listened and gave me some tips on how to care for my mother after discharge.
Murphy encouraged me to write notes for the doctor so we wouldn't forget to ask him things. She even gave me pen and paper to do it. She represents Baptist Health in the utmost positive manner! She is an angel on earth to help the sick and comfort them. She made our hospital stay comfortable and as stress free as possible.
