Mr. Murtadha Habib Hassan Alhariri observed that the patient was struggling with walking and had to bring objects very close to his eyes in order to see them clearly. Concerned, the nurse inquired whether the patient had any visual impairments, and it was revealed that the patient did not own prescription glasses. He then asked if the patient was aware of his vision measurements. Two days after obtaining the necessary measurements, the nurse personally provided the patient with prescription glasses, covering the cost himself.
