I also want to thank you for the pleasant experience you had with your Department (Ward E). I must say he is an outstanding person, and his service and communication with me as a client were of the highest quality. The steps and time taken while keeping me informed of every development, regarding the progress of the transfer is highly appreciated, this showed the professionalism that you have in your company. He really exceeded what we call customer satisfaction. Please convey my thanks to him and tell him to keep up the sterling work. He supervised the High Care ward with care and respect for all his team, and, in doing so, his team naturally showed the same extreme care, efficiency, humor, and love for each person in the ward. Everyone stuck to the rules and gave patients time to relax as they requested. We arrived after 9h00, went home at 19h00, and his support and attention to detail were so appreciated. As a result of this care, the patient was relaxed, trusting that Muzi knew exactly what was needed. We thank him for his dedication to Mediclinic, his team, the doctors, and his patients.
