Mya Damiani, RN

Mya Damiani is a wonderful RN case manager and deserves recognition for her dedication to innovative care coordination and for providing care for a patient with EMA insurance. This case was EXTREMELY complex, not only medically but socially. From reaching out to community partners for PCP appointments that could best meet the patient's complex needs to walking the patient and family through each step of the way to obtain donated and low-cost DME, she remained steadfast and supportive. Mya was present and responsive each step of the way for the interdisciplinary team and, most importantly, the patient and family. On behalf of many departments, we want to express our deepest thank you to Mya for the wonderful work she does.
