I came to the ED with severe pain and sat there most of the day. Once it was finally determined what my issue was and that surgery was needed, Myah is the nurse who came to get me. I immediately recognized her from being my son’s pre-op nurse 5 weeks prior, when he broke his arm. She was amazing then and was amazing for me. She has such a warm demeanor and caring way about her. My surgery was on the week of Christmas and toward the end of her shift. I’m a nurse, so I get you’re just ready to go home at that time. She never once made me feel like anything else was important to her except me. Thank you, Myah, for caring for my family! I know I was placed back in your care for a reason.
